Help on signing in.
1. Registered user
If you have previously registered a user account for the Museum eGuide portal, you can directly login using your registered email address as the login ID and the registered password as your password.
2. Ticket
If you are a first-time visitor, and you have used the Museum eGuide in one of the museums, please login using the Ticket number that you find at the bottom of the Ticket.
3. Guest
If you are a first-time visitor and you have not used the Museum eGuide in one of the museums you can click on the Guest button for a sneak preview of what you can expect of this system.
For your convenience, we can keep your ID and basic account settings active in your browser on your local PC.
If you forgot your password, you can click on Forget your password?
You will be asked to specify your registered email address and an email will be sent to this email address with the password.
